Bay Springs has a 3000-foot utility airport
Pine Belt Regional Airport, 30 miles south, handles air freight and passenger service to the area. Jackson International Airport is located 51 miles away. Key Field in Meridian is 20 miles northeast.
Jasper County has 4 major industrial parks within the county. There are two parks in Bay Springs and two in Heidelberg, all of which are site ready and have a strong infrastructure to support any industrial company. The Bay Springs/Jasper County Judicial District II Industrial Park is among the highest rated in the state, and is served by rail and full utilities. There are currently 123 acres open for development.

Jasper County is home to sixteen major employers. The Bay Springs Expanded Industrial Park, completed in 1998, currently has 100-acres of land available for industrial growth. The park is bordered by State Highway 15, as well as county roads and is served by Watco Rail Transportation Services.
A fully developed Heidelberg Industrial Park #1 is owned by the Town of Heidelberg and includes 23 acres of site ready development land and is located only 3 miles from Interstate 59..
Heidelberg Industrial Park #2 is owned by the Town of Heidelberg/Jasper County, and has 142 available acres for industrial development. It is located adjacent to Interstate 59. Utilities are on the site.
